At Maison Maps we place great value on your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. Webshop softwareOur webshop has been developed with OpenCart software. We have chosen Antagonist for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with the hosting provider. Antagonist has access to your data to offer us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Antagonist is obliged on the basis of the agreement that we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.
Web hostingWe purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Antagonist. Antagonist processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Antagonist has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Antagonist is obliged to maintain confidentiality on the basis of the processing agreement.
Email and mailing listsFor business e-mail traffic from our website and sending newsletters (you only receive this if you have registered for it and you have left your e-mail address) we use the web hosting and e-mail services of OpenCart. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the Antagonist servers. At the bottom of a newsletter that has been automatically sent through our website you will see the "unsubscribe" link, if you click on it you will no longer receive a newsletter from our website. Your personal data is stored securely. We treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Payment processorsWe use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence information and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymous) data with third parties in that context. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the aforementioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data any longer than is permitted by law.
Shipping and logisticsIf you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of Sendcloud for the shipping labels and PostNL and DPD for carrying out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and city details with Sendcloud, PostNL and DPD. Sendcloud, PostNL and DPD use this data only for the purpose of performing the agreement. In the event that Sendcloud, PostNL and DPD engage subcontractors, Sendcloud, PostNL and DPD will also make your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and accountingTo keep track of our administration and accounting, we use the services of Exact and Administratiekantoor Care 4 Finance. We share your name, address and place of residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored.
